Linda Clofine, LCSW

Linda Clofine, LCSW, has worked as a social worker in the field of mental health for over 30 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albright College (PA) and a Master's degree in social work from the University of Iowa. She has been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in Georgia since 1999.
She has worked as a therapist for children and families in five states through both private and public agencies. Several years were spent treating victims and perpetrators of sexual abuse. Her experience includes outpatient therapy, managed care case management, Mobile Crisis Intervention and 10 years in private practice.
She is a member of the National Association of Social Workers, Georgia Association of Marriage and Family Therapists, and the Society for the Integration of Spirituality and Psychotherapy.
"My practice is based on cognitive behavioral principles and I integrate narrative, mindfulness, and play therapy as needed. I work especially well with women going through transitions and teens and children with behavioral challenges. I encourage time spent in nature and help clients use this in their healing."
